Hi, I am working on the IP clearance process.
There are several things need to do: * A formal vote to accept the hessian2 is needed. * need to create an incubator JIRA issue to track the progress * need to create an ip clearance page by following[1] * the SGA has not been signed for this project. * contributors need to sign ICLA.
