As the previous email has explained, [dubbogo/hessian2](github.com/dubbogo/hessian2) is a sub-project of [apache/dubbo-go](github.com/apache/dubbo-go). The ICLA of dubbo-go/hessian2 has been signed. There are several things need to do: * A formal vote to accept the hessian2 is needed. * need to create an incubator JIRA issue to track the progress * need to create an ip clearance page by following[1] * the SGA has not been signed for this project. * contributors need to sign ICLA.
