   ### What problem does this feature solve?
   
   When using a Bar Chart you can programmatically highlight a bar in a series 
by using the following code
   
   ```
   myChart.dispatchAction({
       type: 'highlight',
       seriesIndex: 1,
       dataIndex: 2
   });
   ```
   
   Would it be possible to highlight individual points with that bar? For 
example the barmay contain a group of data points.
   
   I guess there is also the question of how this would look visually?
   
   ### What does the proposed API look like?
   
   This could work in two ways, highlighting via the index of the point in the 
bar by index or value
   
   ```
   myChart.dispatchAction({
       type: 'highlight',
       seriesIndex: 1,
       dataIndex: 2,
       pointIndex: 1
   });
   ```
   
   Or
   
   ```
   myChart.dispatchAction({
       type: 'highlight',
       seriesIndex: 1,
       dataIndex: 2,
       pointValue: 10
   });
   ```
