There have been a few customer requests on an email notification - Of course
this is expected to e declarative solution and the users do not want to write
JMS consumers. [~peeyushb] Can you please write a desgin doc on the pros
and cons on various approaches we discussed - It looks like there are scenarios
that need to be understood like [~pallavi.rao] mentions
