[~ajayyadava] Oozie support email notification through email action. But Falcon
till yet do not have support of email notification for users. Already
[~venkatnrangan] has mentioned why we need email notification in Falcon.
Moreover, this email notification will not be enabled by default but it will be
provided as an option to the user.
I have attached document that will specify about pros and cons for Falcon job
status notification. Please review.
