On debugging, I have found that this issue happened because FALCON-1926 changed
some semantics for JMSMessageConsumer and FalconPostProcessing which impacted
the post-processing services and due to this metadata is not getting populated
with workflow job details. As while doing a test, when I removed code changes
from FALCON-1926, metadata service worked and graphdb populated with workflow
job details.
