1. Does it make sense to download the patches for Oozie patches (that were
committed in trunk) and apply them, instead of including the patch?
2. This patch is using the same oozie version as the public version after
patching it (so there is no distinction between patched and the one installed
directly from original released oozie code base. This would mean that falcon
actually won't compile if the specific oozie version is already compiled and
installed on local maven repo before falcon is compiled with this patch
2nd issue needs to be addressed, before we commit this.
