Srikanth,
1. OOZIE-1465.patch in the jira doesn't apply cleanly. So, decided not to
download the patches
2. Will figure out some other way of detecting if its already built by falcon

Not sure what all major changes have gone into oozie 4.0 and if things will
work smoothly with falcon. Upgrading to oozie 3.3.2 works out of the box. So,
lets do that as a separate exercise and probably think abt HCat integration as
well
