my 2 cents:
rather than add yet another resource path property, how about adding a flag
that says
whether the Include-Resource path overrides the Maven resource path, or is
added to it?
that should cover both use-cases, the only question left is what to use as the
default...
( I personally prefer adding as the default, but don't mind if others choose
override )
