Well, the overall goal is 1.1.0 for now. However, we need to make some
incremental releases along the way. What I do is downgrade trunk to
cut a new point release. We don't maintain a separate branch because
as of now we don' have something as unstable that it would justify the
hassle IMO.

Notice, we do have branches under releases so if need be we can start
from there maybe we have to do this if Richard actually gets something
going in regard to fragment support also I would assume that we then
do an 1.1.0 release.
