As Karl mentioned, we haven't had the need yet to make the process so
formal, but generally you are correct.
When the 1.0.2 will be released, it seems natural that the new version
should be 1.0.3-SNAPSHOT (indicating that felix is on its way to 1.0.3).
With 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT I thought that Felix was going 1.1.0, not 1.0.2.
Felix is actually going 1.2.x, since the 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT stuff is just
developer releases. I guess the main goal for 1.2 will be some form of
fragment support, but we are going to roll a 1.0.2 release first to
capture some useful changes.
