I did notice one minor issue just after cutting the release :) we indirectly
use the kxml code (via a maven dependency) and this is in the NOTICE
but the LICENSE.kxml2 isn't in the release - it's in the maven-obr-plugin
release, which is where this indirect dependency comes from...
personally I don't think requires a re-spin, as it's an indirect dependency,
but I will add the LICENSE.kxml2 file when I merge the maven-obr-plugin
for the 1.4.0 release of the bundleplugin.
