I don't think we should include license information of transitive
dependencies because one day, you will end up not being able to end ....
because you then would have to include license information of transitive
dependencies of transitive dependencies of transitive dependencies ....

IMHO include information of transitive dependencies of dependencies is
already probably more than is really needed... 

Of course when merging maven-obr-plugin into the maven-bundle-plugin,
things are different as maven-bundle-plugin then directly includes/uses
the kxml code.
