Implementation-version is jar wide, so all packages part of a jar have same
implementation version. The same rule applies to all other attributes like
Specification-Version, Name, etc. as specified in that javadocs.
The methods return "null" in the absence of information.
Are you saying that OSGi can change behavior that's defined by Java spec?
