Attachment: Felix-713.zip
This patch adds supports for Bundle.start(START_TRANSIENT) and
Bundle.stop(STOP_TRANSIENT).
Attached zip file contains the following files:
patch/new - contains changed .java files
patch/diff - contains svn diff output
testcases - contains a couple of test cases to test start/stop method
behavior.
I have not tested the update code path after making this change.
