We don't. Everything happens in our svn repo and/or as patches attached
to JIRA issues.

Github makes contributing and reviewing easy (after you have
understood the git concept of source control [and that can take a
while ;) ])
Nevertheless, I agree that having everything documented at JIRA is a good thing.
