Interesting point. Note that if the ConfigAdmin is going to be responsible for 
encrypting/decrypting the values, then it is fairly easy to recover the 
confidential information from another bundle. Alternatively, you could decrypt 
the configuration values in your component in which case the ConfigAdmin does 
not have to be modified at all: it simply passes an encrypted string...
