Mehmet Can Cömert commented on FELIX-6233:
------------------------------------------
It is also not working with Oracle JDK
I tried it with Java 1.8 Build 131.
If you want me to try with any other version of Oracle JDK please tell me the
concrete version.

> I have just downloaded the latest Felix distribution (6.0.3)
>
> [http://mirror.funkfreundelandshut.de/apache//felix/org.apache.felix.main.distribution-6.0.3.tar.gz]
> and tried to execute the startup with:
> {code:bash}
> java -jar bin/felix.jar
> {code}
> Under Windows terminals (both Power Shell and old Command-Line cmd.exe)
> cursor is not set back to the g! position but it wents to the beginning of
> the next line.
> The cursor position is not the main problem here but I can not give any
> basic commands such as *lb* in the Windows terminals.
> Exiting from the program is only possible by *Ctrl+D* after a *Ctrl+C*
> command, enter is also not recognized.
> It would be nice if the Felix Distribution works with Windows out of the box.
> Previous versions of the Gogo Shell before the JLine library integration are
> working, therefore I am not sure if the bug is in Gogo or another
> subcomponent.
