Hey Pembe Miriam, I check the licensing of angular-cli. It generates MIT-licensed code. That is Apache license v2.0 compatible. So it's "safe".
I've filled the repository (https://github.com/apache/fineract-cn-group-finance). You should be able to submit pull requests to there, and have them merged by your mentor from here on out. Keep in mind that you will need to add license headers to your code.
