I'm trying to populate the createclient page with the multiple forms of uploadclientdocument from the datatables. Unfortunately its only populating one instance after copying the forms from the datatable. The idea is to allow the clientidentifiers and uploaddocuments to be added at once when submitting the client data on the same screen. If you can assist please get in touch. Kind regards, Sifiso
