This was a painful to tally. The attached CSV is every email in the
voting thread in the order it was received. I distilled those data into
the final report above.
I asked for help tallying in #tooling-discuss

got the binding vote count right, but made other mistakes. Next, @sbp
(in the same channel) quickly set up

had mistakes as well. So I went back to the original email thread, first

Hopefully we can come up with ways to ease future votes & tallies. Maybe
it's just a matter of everyone writing more careful emails, but it sure
