The PR <https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/5899> will be merged to
develop soon and will be included in the next release.
The issue and PR are nominally about license compliance, /and/ will also
*change default db settings to PostgreSQL*, fulfilling the intent of
FSIP-9. The PR does not remove support for deprecated database engines.
