I see that you already set up a server. Hit http://localhost in the browser and make sure it is pointing to the tests folder and that it is the right test folder. Once I had it pointing to the old SVN folder instead of the git folder.
If that doesn't work, what does the console say when running Marshall Plan tests? -Alex
