+1 Binding

- MD5 / ASC match expected values
- Source / Binaries compile without issue
- RAT report passes
- Mustella checkin tests pass
- Mustella full tests pass
- Desktop app (AIR) compiles without issue. No regression issues.
- Mobile app (AIR) compiles without issue.  No regression issues.
- Large desktop app compiles and has no apparent issues.
