ADL tool from Adobe AIR SDK 3.9.0.1200 (beta) released today works well with IntelliJ IDEA again. http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/air.html I still have no idea what's wrong with AIR SDK 3.9.0.1030, but it is not a problem any more.
