In a more general way, as I guess at the time the release is done, the a +0.1 
is automatically applied to the release number and then eventually downgraded 
at the time of the next release, wouldn't it be more logical to do a +0.0.1 
instead, meaning a minor upgrade by default and if enough bugs have been fixed, 
improvement done, upgrade it manually to a +0.1 ?
