For future reference: it is easier if you do more granular (smaller) commits, e.g. one for each fix and feature. That way, if something is wrong with one of them, you don't lose the rest when you need to revert. In the case of your last commit, I would imagine having at least three: one for each JIRA ticket and one for the 'various' fixes.
