Justin most likely forgot to recompile the SDK he was using to review
my commits. He abandoned the discussion thread without further comment
when I mentioned that possibility, basically confirming that
assumption.

I triple checked the solution on a fresh SDK and re-affirmed the
validity of the Mustella tests I wrote for it. I just forgot to close
the issue again... I'm sure the Release Manager will agree with me no
change to the docs is needed ;-)
