Update: Interestingly, the RC Nightly does not build correctly. The build machine is having character set issues. Pardon the extra builds while I get that ironed out.
The implication of this is that nobody ever tried to run a build on the RC nightly’s source package. I know I didn’t, I had been focused on checking the legal files in the repo.
