Yup, based on what's installed on my Ubuntu desktop, where the Flash
Player comes via the normal software package installer, not by hand.
This seems to be backed up by the debug Player download page:

Chrome on Linux still bundles it's own player.
I checked my Chrome install here on Linux and it says it's version 16.0
(!) so that's also fine, as well as being a pleasant surprise.
