Styles will not always change, and setting a property inside BindableCSSStyles wouldn't be seen as a change to the style property either. I am hopeful we can add change detection in a PAYG manner. IMO, there is some code that should get broken out into its own bead similar to LayoutChangeNotifier. My 2 cents, -Alex
