Hi everyone, I'm wondering whether anyone has objections against removing the Azure Pipelines Tutorial to "set up CI for a fork of the Flink repository" in the Flink wiki. Flink's GitHub Actions workflow seems to work fine for forks (at least for 1.18+ changes). No need to guide contributors to the flink-mirror repository to create draft PRs. And it's not used that often, anyway [2].
