you can copy it from the $FORREST_HOME/plugins/org.apache.forrest.plugin.input.OpenOffice.org to $FORREST_HOME/build/plugins and that should work..
It's safer to do "ant local-deploy" in $FORREST_HOME/plugins/org.apache.forrest.plugin.input.OpenOffice.org
since some plugins require configuration before installation (although this is not the case for the OOo plugin)
