1) update of prepare.xhtml.xsl now take into account for link tag :
- rel attribute in order to define rel="alternate stylesheet" (if not
supplied then rel="stylesheet")
- title attribute in order to distinguish alternate style sheets -
title="Leather-dev" for all stylesheets used by leather-dev...
- media attribute in order to distinguish screen or print stylesheets
(needed for Pelt)
2) add pelt.fv
