Hello Lincal,

I don't know if there is one. Ask the French team: [email protected]

If there isn't one, would you want to start that project?
It would be great to have a medical dicitonary. Maybe you can start one?

This is how you can make a custom dictionary:

1. Go to the Tools > Options > Language Settings > Writing Aids dialog,
and click New.

2. In the New Dictionary dialog, type a useful name for the dictionary and
choose the language this dictionary applies to, or leave as [All]. Do not
select the Exception checkbox. Click OK.

3. Back on the Writing Aids dialog, select the new dictionary and click
the Edit button to the right of the list of user-defined dictionaries.

4. On the Edit Custom Dictionary dialog (Figure 1-25), type in the Word
field the first word you want to put in the dictionary. Click New. Repeat
for as many words as you want to add. Click Close to finish.

5. To activate the dictionary, click the checkbox next to it in the
Writing Aids dialog (to put a mark in the checkbox).

You can return to this dictionary at any time to add or delete entries.

Cheers,
