I seem to recall that a French medical dictionary was under development at one stage, but I don't know what became of it. We have a mailing list specifically for dictionaries on the French native lang project, you can subscribe to it under [email protected] I currently have several life science based dictionaries (commercial products, biology, pharmacy), but they are not separated into individual languages, since I work in 3 languages and its a pain to switch each time. Many of the medical terms I encounter are entered in the biology dictionary.
