Err... I still intend to do that. Building FREEMARKER-201 itself works.
I think the rat report should be generated automatically. If I ran it with mvn rat:rat, now it finds a lot of files where it's not sure about the license. Also I'm not sure if all the rat excludes can be excluded "legally". Maybe put comments there, why something can be excluded. As of the site upload to public URL, as I said in my previous email you are able to do it. But it will be done as part of the release anyway. If you still want to publish it before that, we have to be careful not to do a release in effect. Like, if you also offer a snapshot download there, that's in effecti a release that wasn't voted upon.
