+1 15 min tutorial <http://geode.docs.pivotal.io/docs/getting_started/15_minute_quickstart_gfsh.html> shows "Start Pulse" as the third step after starting a locator, but pulse is not yet included into M1. I believe 'Pulse' will soon be included into the next milestone, so should it be okay for now?
