I would also add, in addition to what Dan mentioned, that GEODE-27 get
fixed sooner rather than later. I recently completed the Spring Session
GemFire support and went ahead to add support for Apache Geode as well. I
can definitely say it was nothing short of a nightmare to integrate given
current state of Geode's POM file. Before Geode makes it to any "public"
repo, I would highly recommend the dependencies get sorted out. Apache
Hadoop/Hbase bring a mess of crap with conflicting versions and everything
else.
