More time has passed, but with all tests passing and no open blocking issues, I finally propose to start the GeoExt 1.1 release process with a 1st release candidate.
It has been a long time since 1.0, and we have many improvements and new features, so regardless of where we are, it will be good to finally have a release from our stable and battle proven master branch. I'm +1. Andreas.
