Hello, Can you give us a little more details on what you are trying to accomplish? Do you have to add code to the UX that you didn't have to with GeoExt 1.0?
The layertree code is somewhat not 100% tested, maybe those issue should be fixed in the layertree rather than in the UX itself. Thank you very much for the feedback.
