It would still be good to have people put +1 votes into comments so we can track history. JIRA's voting mechanism does not track when someone votes and then unvotes.

I guess what we can do to determine the pmc-vote status of an issue is look at the names next to the votes and manually filter out the non-pmc votes?

This isn't in RTC, I just marked it that way and asked some people on
IRC to vote for it so I could test my reporting program.

It is however a patch for OpenEJB which I believe Matt has already completed. Matt, you wanna assign this to yourself and mark it as
completed.
