Created plugin in rev 563580. Goes against my copy of apacheds 1.5.1-SNAPSHOT

Removed directory related stuff from trunk in rev 563647
Removed directory related stuff from branches/2.0 in rev 563662
Still have to deal with the ldap demo and possibly ldap realm and also backport
the plugin to a released apacheds version.
