I hearby decree that the operating system know as "windows" is officially the 
crappiest of the most possible crap that anyone in the entire universe has ever 
crapped before. Ya and that does include crazy alien crap too.

    It worked before Nov 28th. The default user home on windows is
c:\Documents and Settings\uesr and maven uses it for default .m2 repo.
