So far I can not find dojo 1.4.x in any public repo? However, i am agree for this update in 3.0 once it done.
In G2.2, the portlets using dojo1.3.2 are ejb portlet and debug view portlets, some portlets may need rewrite or remove in G3.0, such as classloaders, ldap...
