that's a better name... will change.
this goes w/ `ProcessWorkUnitsWorkflow` and that's likely only to be an
interim that is fully superseded as we progress in our impl.
the `ExecuteGobblinWorkflow` (herein this PR) uses `WUProcessingSpec`, and
will eventually become our sole LT go-to.
