### Description
- [ ] Here are some details about my PR, including screenshots (if
applicable):
- When executing jobs with Quartz Scheduler, the scheduler checks and
logs the next trigger time.
- For jobs on their final run or configured for a single execution, this
value is NULL, causing a NullPointerException and resulting in the failure of
the current scheduled execution.

Added New Unit Test in GobblinServiceJobSchedulerTest.java
