Hi Lewis,

I think GORA-182, GORA-170, and GORA-174 needs to be fixed before 0.3 and
the rest we could bump it to 0.4

Most other bugs tagged with 0.3 are minor issues. I havent queried other
issues that have not been tagged with 0.3

Just my 2-cents.
