I share your opinion [~alfonso.nishikawa], and as you said we should look into 
the reason why this test fails.
This patch hasn't made it to trunk yet, do you guys know the reason why this 
was marked as it wouldn't resolve? I haven't been able to reproduce the error 
either :( any hints on how I could make it show?
