It's the same symptom as the CI server, which hangs in the
userguidePdf task. Neither of these tasks hang on my windows machine.
The hanging started at the same time I upgraded these tasks to use
the docbook-xsl 1.75.2 stylesheets, so I guess that's a clue. I think
I'll disable the docs on windows for now, so we can get some builds
happening on windows, and then see if I can figure it out.

Did you ever figure out what is going on with these stylesheets? I am
trying to write some documentation for the new GUI, but I need to get
userguide generation working on windows so I can see what I am doing.
Not yet. They work on my windows machine. A JVM version issue, perhaps?
Or an OOM?
In the meantime, I've switched on the HTML userguide on windows.
